Virtual Sessions Starting on 3/25
We know that balancing family life during these chaotic times can be disorienting and overwhelming. That’s why we’re hosting a virtual weekly process group, led by licensed therapists and fellow parents Jamie Alongi and Aaron Severn, to share experiences with other parents in similar situations.
Over three months, connect with others who understand your unique challenges, explore coping tools to manage stress, and find stability for your family amidst shifting policies and uncertainty. Whether you’re experiencing job insecurity or the emotional toll of today’s political climate, know that you’re not alone.
If you are interested in joining this group, please complete the form below:
A parenting processing group is a type of therapy group where parents meet with a therapist to discuss and process their experiences, emotions, and challenges related to parenting. Group members support one another by sharing experiences.
No, the group is a live therapy event. (I actually don’t think this question is necessary unless you feel strongly)
We understand schedules are busy. However, regular attendance is encouraged to get the most out of the group experience. Each session is paid separately.
