Therapeutic Approach
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, a life transition, or the journey of building a family, I’m here to help you reconnect with your inner strength. Together, we’ll explore your concerns in a warm, collaborative space where you feel seen, supported, and never judged.
I use a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic insight, and mindfulness-based approaches, adapting each session to fit your needs. My style is direct, affirming, and culturally sensitive with a focus on helping you build practical skills while working through deeper emotional layers.
My work is especially rooted in supporting individuals through fertility challenges, pregnancy, and postpartum transitions, including clients navigating these experiences as part of the LGBTQ+ community. I also support teens and parents exploring identity, family dynamics, and emotional resilience.
Background
Before joining Kennedy Counseling Collective, I worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of clinical settings, including shelters for survivors of partner violence and individuals facing perinatal homelessness. These experiences deepened my commitment to trauma-informed, equity-centered care.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about tapping into the strengths you already carry. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and create meaningful change in your life.
