Therapeutic Approach
Therapy with me is collaborative, inclusive, and rooted in evidence-based care.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, low self-esteem, and major life transitions. I also support couples at all stages — from new relationships to long-term partnerships — who want to improve communication, manage conflict, and repair relationship ruptures.
For couples, I use the Gottman Method, offering practical, research-backed tools to strengthen emotional connection and build healthier relationship patterns. For individuals, I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify unhelpful patterns, increase self-awareness, and develop coping skills that support emotional regulation and resilience.
Background
I have experience supporting individuals through complex medical journeys, fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum mental health concerns, perinatal grief and loss, and the emotional demands of parenting. I have also worked extensively with adults and adolescents experiencing mood and anxiety disorders across a variety of settings.
I’m especially drawn to work around identity, meaning, and authenticity, and I find deep fulfillment in helping clients reshape personal narratives in ways that feel more aligned, empowered, and true to themselves.
I believe seeking therapy is a sign of strength. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their own inner resources, navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, and move toward lives that feel more fulfilling.
