Therapeutic Approach

I believe that everyone has the capacity to create meaningful change. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth, empathy, and encouragement as you work toward becoming the most authentic version of yourself.

In my work with adults, I focus on helping you slow down, reconnect with your values, and move through burnout, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm with clarity and intention. We’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, always centered in compassion and collaboration.

When working with children and adolescents, I use a blend of play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and child-centered techniques. I provide a safe, supportive space where kids and teens can explore their emotions and build the skills they need to thrive. I’m passionate about teaching young people how to express themselves honestly and without shame because learning emotional awareness early can change everything.

Background

I specialize in relationship therapy, play therapy, and family systems work. My approach is grounded in empathy, encouragement, and belief in your potential. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child, a teen navigating big emotions, or an adult looking to reconnect with your sense of self, I’m here to help you build a life that feels fulfilling and true.
