Therapeutic Approach
I believe that knowing who you are (and who you’re becoming) is the key to living a more authentic life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that connection is at the core of healing. Whether you’re navigating a new stage of life, struggling in your relationship, or feeling unsure of your place in the world, therapy can help you feel more understood, less alone, and more in tune with yourself and others.
I work through a systemic lens, which means we’ll explore not just the individual, but how your relationships, environment, and life experiences influence who you are today. I use a variety of modalities including narrative therapy, internal family systems (IFS), and attachment-based work. When supporting couples, I draw from the Gottman Method and Imago Therapy to improve communication and emotional intimacy.
With teens and families, I create a space where every member feels seen, heard, and respected, opening up new possibilities for empathy and deeper understanding.
Background
Before joining Kennedy Counseling Collective, I trained at Council for Relationships in Philadelphia where I supported couples, individuals, and families through life’s toughest moments. My decision to become a therapist was shaped by the transformative experience of family therapy in my own life. It brought my family closer, and I hope to help others experience that same healing.
Outside of work, you’ll find me lifting weights in the early mornings, reading by the pool in the summer, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens in the fall!
