Knowing who you are is the key to achieving the life you are looking for.

Our identities are always evolving. Whether it is when we transform as adolescents, enter the
workforce as young professionals, begin or end a long-term relationship, or become a parent,
we are constantly navigating how and where we fit in the world. I believe that having a safe
space to maneuver transitions, address stressors, and explore different parts of yourself can be
the difference that aids you in living more authentically. My style of therapy is warm,
collaborative, and strengths-based. In our work together, we will find ways to highlight your
inherent skills and bridge the gap between where you are now, and where you would like to be
in life.

I am a systemic therapist, which means that I use approaches that make you feel
more connected to yourself and those around you. I lean on narrative therapy, internal family
systems, and attachment theory in my approach. I also use Gottman therapy when working with
couples, where I will guide you in restoring your sense of emotional connection and improve
communication patterns that may be hurting your relationship. When working with teens and
families, I aim to create a space in which each member can feel heard and understood, opening
possibilities for curiosity, empathy, and understanding.

I look forward to supporting you as you grow into the version of yourself that you have been
waiting to meet!
