Mental wellbeing is the cornerstone of health and wellness; cultivating a harmonious mind-body connection is the key to unlocking optimal health and your true potential.

As a therapist I provide an accepting, non-judgmental and warm environment that helps you feel comfortable to talk about and process your emotions and feelings. My goal is to create a safe and trusting setting for us to work collaboratively and explore what it is that brings you to therapy. The integration of psychotherapy and mind-body and somatic interventions such as breath work, meditation, grounding techniques, and movement
(e.g., yoga) is something I am passionate about and incorporate into my practice.

As a DMV native with experience working in a fast-paced and demanding government job, I know first-hand how challenging and important it is to maintain work-life balance. This real-life experience helps guide me in my work with you.

I work with individuals who experience the various stressors that life brings. Whether you are experiencing increased anxiety, depression, work burn-out, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, or other emotional difficulties- I will work with you to process your lived experiences, emotions and feelings and to identify your inherent strengths and goodness. I will provide you with the tools you need to identify and address difficult
emotions, feelings, and situations. Through this powerful work you will learn how to cultivate a greater sense of self awareness, reframe unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, and develop new behaviors and patterns that lead to a healthier and well-balanced life.

Self-discovery through the therapeutic process is powerful and life changing. It allows you to develop a healthy relationship with self and others; and, therefore, improved overall wellbeing. Taking the first step on this journey is often the hardest part, and you are doing just that. I look forward to working with you and joining you on this path!
