You have the ability to overcome whatever challenge or obstacle you are facing. I am here to support you and collaborate with you along the way.
Throughout life, we are faced with situations and events that can be complex, uncomfortable, or scary. Whatever you may be going through, I am here to work with you towards your goals. One of the first questions I will ask you is, "How will you know when you don't need therapy anymore?" Whether the response might be smiling more, crying less, or having healthier boundaries, I am committed to holding a space where we can explore the best route to get you there.
My experience working with children and families, young adults, people who have experienced trauma, and people who are in bereavement allows me to look at an individual’s life in that context that is unique to them. Together, we will work through a healing process to help you meet whatever goal you may have. If you have experienced a recent loss, we will work together to make space for your grief while getting you to a place of peace. If you are going through major life transitions, we will work together to identify what is serving you, what is comfortable, and what is giving you any negative feelings.
