After changes in your life, together we will find your new best self.

I work with individuals experiencing life changes big and small. A hard loss, new baby, scary diagnosis, or a traumatic experience can all be sources of stress and can bring up lots of emotions. We will work through these events and reactions together, in a safe, non-judgmental, and fully supportive space. Even when it may seem impossible, I will support you to grow through the difficulties you’ve faced.

Families are an ever-changing unit often in need of support.  In my work with new parents, I help you find an identity that honors your new role and respects your independence, all while navigating the challenges of parenthood. For children who have experienced trauma or have developmental needs, we will use creativity and imagination towards healing and growth. I will also help you, their caregivers, on skills and tools they can use at home to increase confidence and independence

With years of experience in the medical field, I know how to work with those impacted by medical stress whether you are a patient, caregiver, or provider. We will process your experience and take time to focus on the “you” within the system.

The foundation of my practice is that you are worthy of the time, energy, and effort you put into yourself. You deserve to feel supported, valued, and self-assured. You and I will work together in a space just for you, to help build skills that honor your inherent value to your community and yourself. You are worth it, and I am excited to join you.
