You deserve to live your life authentically.

I see therapy as a journey with you where my role is to hold a flashlight to illuminate the path for us to follow. As we walk together, my goal is to make the light wide and bright enough for you to see the best route for your life. My therapeutic style is collaborative, approachable, and non-pathologizing.

I use a variety of frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Gottman for couples. I also work with active duty service members and civilian individuals and couples. In our work together, I will provide direct techniques to change unwanted behavior. I will also help you develop mindfulness to understand your past life experiences and to feel more in control of your future.

In my work with couples, I teach you how to prevent gridlocked arguments and transform the way you communicate. I support couples with recovery after affairs, sexual desire discrepancy, and financial stress.

For those seeking support in finding interest or pleasure in intimacy, we will challenge negative thought patterns regarding sex, managing conflict in relationships, exploring kink and fetishes, and finding pleasure in sexual intimacy. I am currently pursuing the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) Sex Therapy Certification.
