Life is hard, and we all have the right to have the tools and resources to cope with and address the challenges that we face.
I create a space for authenticity, self-reflection, and discovery to help you figure out who you are and the kind of life you want to lead. Together we will cultivate a therapeutic relationship centered on trust and collaboration. I use a dynamic approach to therapy by pulling from a variety of evidence-based practices to tailor sessions to my clients and their specific needs and desires.
I work with children, teens, and young adults to help them make connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Common topics I could work through with you include anxiety, depression, ADHD, gender identity, body image, and interpersonal conflict. I like to incorporate creativity, mindfulness, and play to work on emotional regulation and expression. I will support you in building your self esteem and developing the tools necessary to navigate the world with confidence.
